  • Thanks everyone! I have been traditionally taking kefir, but I just find it hard to fit it in my diet. :) I'll see how it goes.

  • Welcome aboard. I've been fighting this battle a long time. up down, up down. up again. :smiley: Right now I've had breakfast and am waiting for lunchtime and I'm hungry so my mood is pretty down so I came here to try to cheer myself up a bit!
  • Ditto for me. having some friend motivation really helps me... I will be looking for anybody to talk me out of munching on bad stuff during the evenings. I can be good all day but when the evening comes and I'm ready to rest.... look out!
