I did zumba yesterday and meant to walk at least a mile or two but didn't. Only made one mile today... Hopefully more tomorrow! I love being accountable here at mfp - it really is motivating for me!! Have a great tomorrow :smile:

I love it too! Also, you can find zumba routines on youtube. I like the ones posted by cocofitness - she does a great job explaining the moves. I love discovering that my own home can be my favorite gym. I just don't have time to physically go to the gym...

Just made this with a Devils Food cake mix and coke zero. I added one tablespoon of egg whites - I had read somewhere that this helps make the cake rise. I made cupcakes and these are AMAZING!! SO yummy. I didn't have any cool whip to frost them but I don't think they even need it. A definite make again treat!

I have thyroid issues too. Medication controls most of the symptoms. You may have a bit harder time losing weight but it's not impossible! Just hang in there - your doctor will get you going on something!

I can certainly relate to this post!! My fridge has SO MANY dressings I have tried and HATE! I finally tried Maries Yogurt dressing and really it's the closest to real I've found. AND only 70 calories for the 2T's! They have several flavors - I'm stuck on the blue cheese right now.

I too love Starbucks! I always get an iced coffee w/ sugar free hazel nut and add non fat milk with a splash of half & half. It's about 110 calories and tastes super yummy!

I've had hypothyroidism for years & years and am currently on levoxyl. While it is perhaps a slower weightloss, I am steadily losing weight just by keeping within my mfp calorie allowance and doing cardio everyday (well, I've missed a few days, but basically every day!). I made a mistake up there - I actually had just completed 3 days of level TWO! Just did it again tonight. STILL not able to fully do all the planks. I don't ever see myself going on to level three people!!

Level 2 is hard BUT it seems to go by so much faster!! And its such an awesome workout! I have completed 3 days of level one and am finally able to do the majority of the plank exercises. On the last one though, the one for the abs, I am too wore out and just do bicycle crunches!!

I log it as circuit training general, 20 mins. There was another post that suggested logging level 2 & 3 as something different but I think I will just continue to log it as I have been.

I have done 10 days on the shred and absolutely attribute it to my weight loss and more importantly my loss of inches!! When I first started I used soup cans as my weights! Not much weight but I sure felt it, I'm now using 2lb weights and am ready to move up to 3lb. Good job finishing!

Day 9 complete - I did level 2 tonight for the first time. Oh my good GOD - the plank ones killed me. I'm dying. I think I love level 2 best but at the same time I'm not doing the plank stuff right. Anyone else have issues with the plank exercises?
