Hello! I would love to join the new group but for some reason I can't get into the link!! I click on it and it takes me to the message "you have not joined any groups". I'm going nutts! Any suggestions?

Would never have thought to use pumpkin!!

Well congrats on all those things! Hope you find a good replacement - I suggest getting either one that is very inexpensive or one that is very tight as I'm sure you will be in this same situation soon

Just had cabbage a few nights ago! I take a kiebalsa sausage and chop it into rounds and brown it in a stock pan, add the cabbage after I chop it into chunks and chop up a few red potatoes, an onion add that, then add some salt, pepper and fresh garlic and let all of that cook on medium for a bit. The cabbage makes it's…

Kinda sad but true eh?

Just keep plugging away. The more you stay on track the easier it will get. If you fall off track, just jump right back on! At first, I just logged my food, I didn't exercise much. About a month into it, I started doing some simple exercising. I try not to get too discouraged by setbacks because I figure this is now a new…

It stinks doesn't it??? I put back the cherries and still spent over $10 on ONE watermelon that wasn't even all that big. I try to hit the fruit/veggie stands and can get great deals there but its not always convenient to do so.

Do you like fish? I just went shopping myself and purchased several different kinds of fish - fillets individually wrapped and frozen. They were VERY inexpensive and are super easy to prepare. I think I paid $9 for a bag of Swai fillets and there are about 10-12 fillets in that bag, a bag of cod fillets were even less…

You look PERFECT! Can't imagine what 40 more pounds will do?? Great job!

I use mayo, rice wine vinegar and a packet of splenda or some honey - people LOVE it and it isn't high in calories at all!

why it posts double at times I do not know...

Dave's Killer Bread, toasted w/ creamy peanut butter if we have it - last couple of days it's been crunchy and that is so not the same!!

I agree with you! I posted a similar post not to long ago and have gotten some great "regulars". I will certainly add you :)

If I changed from sedentary to lightly active I wouldn't count the walks as exercise. I guess it works out the same - leave activity level at sedentary and count the walks as exercise, eating back some OR set level to lightly active, not counting the walks as exercise. We all have to figure out what works best for us and…

I've only tried the sour cream and onion and I love them!! Can't beat the calories either! I also like popchips - they are similar in calories but the serving size is a bit lower. They have barbeque which is my favorite type of chips.

I too am hypothroid and would highly recommend removing soy from your diet. There is much debate right now on soy's effect on the thyroid, some say yes it's ok to eat it others say no. I did extensive research and firmly believe that soy is not good for those that already have issues with their thyroid. Your symptoms…

I think your activity level is lightly active rather than sedentary. That would up your calories a bit which would take into account those dog walks.

I go through my list fairly regularly. I like to keep a small group and try to support them all if possible. I may not get to them each and every day but I do offer support as I'm able. I delete ones that are inactive but I also will delete those that offer no support. I don't understand the ones that send a friend request…

In addition to everything that has been offered I would suggest tracking your sodium. You could be retaining water if you are over on your sodium. Just be consistent - it will happen!

It is funny how some people react to weight loss attempts or even just attempts to eat a healthier diet. I do think that it puts certain ones on the defense but I don't understand why. It is as if they take it personal - that you are somehow trying to "show them up" which is silly as most of us are in no way shape or form…

Thanks! My husband always humors me with these self portraits. I hold my arm waaaaay out and shoot. I love the way they turn out :)

I love laughing cow lite and pretzel thins, hummus and veggies or low cal crackers, graham crackers w/ sugar free hot cocoa - I'm sure you are going to get lots of ideas! I'm going to keep checking so I can maybe get some new ones for myself :)

Great start to my week! Under on my calories 53 mins of exercise 25 crunches Leela - I don't know what you are having to deal with but I hope you are able to get through it all ok. Just take it one day at a time - each day has it's own badness - try not to worry too much about the future days yknow? This site and all of…
