I use 1/2 cup oatmeal and 1 cup water. Microwave on high for 1-1/2 minutes. Stir in 1 teaspoon peanut butter and cut up a banana. 303 cal,51 carbs,7 fat, 9 protein, 39 sodium, 16 sugar.
