I am around 1400 calories most days. Not under that but sometimes up to 1500. I started at 195 and am currently at 185 and hoping to get to 130ish or 140. Waiting to get to 140 and then see how I feel. Anyone can add me.

I am on a low carb / high protein diet my doctorr prescribed me and it has been working great. But I don't do low fat.

Hello... Its been 12 days and I am down 6 pounds! Which is great for me since its been so hard for me to lose the last few years.

My doctor put me on a low carb (under 80 as I am just starting) and high protein plan. I am about 60 pounds overwieght and have a lot of Type 2 Diabetes in the family. I started Sunday, April 13 and have lost 6.2 pounds already!

I agree about giving it more time. My doctor has me on a low carb / high protein diet. I am only on day four and still feeling pretty hungry a lot. She says to just be sure to keep the carbs low and eat when I am hungry (healthy of course). It's tough thats for sure, but I know it will get easier.

I do the same... I get bored so easy so I just wing it. Some days I do all cardio, some days a class, sometimes walking with the kids and dogs (well thats everyday). Other times I lift weights.

I hate migraines. Mine were getting so bad I had them everyday. I started seeing a chiropractor and havent had one in two months. I've also significantly increased my water intake. I drink over 100 oz a day. It sounds like you may have tried all of the different docs. I have heard that removing gluten can help some people.…

When you go through jeans like crazy because the inner thigh wears out from the rubbing. When you have a wardwobe of about 5 articles that you just rotate every week because you hate shopping now. When you avoid wearing certain shoes because you can't bend over to buckle them.
