My work has a little store in the cafeteria. I hate it... the Swedish Fish, Snickers and Milky Ways always call to me when I take my lunch break. Any day I say no, I am happy. Today is one of those days.

I have lost 27 pounds and have gone down one size. My stomach apparently doesn't know I have lost so much weight.

If I drink too much water and don't get enough salt I get headaches. But you mentioned you are not getting as much water as usual. Have you made any diet changes recently?

I second the popcorn air popped. At work I use the 100 calorie Pop Secret popcorn. I like the butter flavored but they have a kettle corn as well but it has a strong artificial sweetener taste. (well to me).

Started at 194 and I'm down 26 and have another 28ish to go. Depends on how I feel I look. Lifting heavy so I don't mind weighing more if I have a lower bf %.

You look amazing! I love lifting but can only do so at work in our little gym. But have maxed out on the little weights they have there. Trying to save up for a bench, bar and some weights. Great job!!!

People who take up more than one parking space! I have a big truck and I center it between the lines every time. Even if I have to correct myself once or twice. People who merge late as possible and cut you off.

I tried them but the side effects were just too much for me. Agitation, irritability, just all around crabby. It was awful. I couldn't sleep even if I had no caffeine and took it at 5am. I hate that jittery feeling. Have you had blood work done to rule out any other reason for you not losing weight?

Great info. I am pretty new to lifting. At first I wanted to build muscle until I read here that I couldn't do that while on a deficit and losing weight. Now... I still lift but do so with the goal of getting as strong as possible. Love lifting. Just wish I had access to heavier weights.

Someone finally asked me if I have been losing weight! I know some people hate that but I was so happy to hear it. Yesterday someone else asked what I have been doing to lose weight. Also I did three real push-ups yesterday. Doesn't sound like much but for me a month ago I couldn't push myself up even a little bit.

I usually only do the frozen lunches and only a couple times a week if there are no leftovers. I like many of the Lean Cuisines.

I put them in my yogurt and smoothies. I have also snuck them into dinners like spaghetti. They are so versatile... just toss them into pretty much anything that has enough liquid to soften them up. I can't drink them personally.
