I want to hear your go-to's on foods that help fill you up, but keep your counter on track!
I need to chew things when I'm bored, and need some better options!

Baby carrots
Cherry tomatoes
English cucumbers
Pickled beats
Dill pickle spears
Olives
Red pepper slices
Blueberries
Turkey jerky0 -
Pop corn , BBQ cauliflower (I haven't done it but apparently is amazing) , 1/2 cup vanilla ice-cream with lots of strawberries slices.0
-
Hummus and baby carrots or celery0
-
Gum
air-popped corn
0 -
veggies...i eat tons of veggies0

I second the popcorn air popped. At work I use the 100 calorie Pop Secret popcorn. I like the butter flavored but they have a kettle corn as well but it has a strong artificial sweetener taste. (well to me).

baby peppers stuffed with hummus
any veggie
one ounce almonds or pistachios
apples or pears0 -
A big bowl of salad with baked shredded chicken breast mixed through. Hold off of any high cal dressings.0

NOOOOO!!!! Don't do it! Pickles are what made me learn (the hard way) that water retention due to sodium is not a myth!0 -
Spiralized vegetables or riced vegetables

Tea (any kind) is a great appetite killer, and a teaspoon of sugar if you want doesn't add much in calories anyway. Try Argentine Yerba Mate tea, they drink that stuff all day and never snack.0

lean protein such as boiled chicken or boiled egg.
zap cravings away = protein
It might keep cravings away for many people, but sometimes you just want to munch on a big bowl of something and most of the protein somethings have too many calories to eat a bunch of.
Another one who fills up on popcorn or a big bowl of veggies. My favorite is cucumbers and cherry tomatoes drizzled with balsamic vinegar.

My favorites are green beans, cucumber, cantaloupe and honeydew melon.0

Napolitos, pickles, lentil chips, Pedersons chicken sausages are the best! Also, broths/soup, tuna, salad w/ horseradish sauce (20 calorie sauce 30 cal. giant bowl mix veg.), but mostly protein and fat kill my hunger the rest is mass for volume. Plus, I get too lethargic on carbs...0

sliced red peppers and cukes with cottage cheese
tuna salad with two Lavash grain crackers (tuna, greek yogurt, Dijon, celery, red onion)
or two lavash crackers with a mini babybel
two rice cakes with natural peanut butter and 1/4 banana slices0 -
Chicken broth and an egg
Lettuce with a serving of cheese (feta or goat have less calories) with salt, pepper, and vinegar
Baby carrots
That's pretty much it for low calories, otherwise nuts, nut butter, or cheese with an apple is great.0 -
I usually go for popcorn, coffee, or laughing cow cheese0
-
Water
Low fat cheese
Fruit
In the summer: fruit and cottage cheese
In the winter: stir fried veggies0 -
Sliced cucumbers.0
-
large apple and a can of la croix does the trick0

Casein protein with a little xanthan gum is a great low calorie filler. Not to chewy though. Most of the others here have been mentioned.
Acorn squash, cook it, a little light butter and brown sugar, put in tupper ware and take with you.
Sweet potatoes, same as acorn squash, substitute cinnamon for brown sugar.
Apples are filling and are an easy go to snack.
Pickles. Lots of sodium there though.

Sometimes eating a bunch of garlic dill pickles is worth a day of slightly swollen fingers.

A big glass of iced tea
Canned mushrooms ( a small can is only 25 calories, and I love them)0 -
Rice cakes and popcorn. I also love skinny cow ice cream bars for something sweet. They're only 160 cals and they're so big! But for busy eating, I eat rice cakes with laughing cow cheese spread on them and kettle corn 100 calorie packs.
I also will drink some sparkling water or coffee with some delicious creamer.0 -
Soups and watermelon0
-
Popped chips and fiber one bars have made my weight loss journey an absolute breeze.0
