I second the popcorn air popped. At work I use the 100 calorie Pop Secret popcorn. I like the butter flavored but they have a kettle corn as well but it has a strong artificial sweetener taste. (well to me).

    Pickles!!

NOOOOO!!!! Don't do it! Pickles are what made me learn (the hard way) that water retention due to sodium is not a myth!

Tea (any kind) is a great appetite killer, and a teaspoon of sugar if you want doesn't add much in calories anyway. Try Argentine Yerba Mate tea, they drink that stuff all day and never snack.

    protein keeps cravings away.
lean protein such as boiled chicken or boiled egg.
    zap cravings away = protein

It might keep cravings away for many people, but sometimes you just want to munch on a big bowl of something and most of the protein somethings have too many calories to eat a bunch of.

Another one who fills up on popcorn or a big bowl of veggies. My favorite is cucumbers and cherry tomatoes drizzled with balsamic vinegar.

Napolitos, pickles, lentil chips, Pedersons chicken sausages are the best! Also, broths/soup, tuna, salad w/ horseradish sauce (20 calorie sauce 30 cal. giant bowl mix veg.), but mostly protein and fat kill my hunger the rest is mass for volume. Plus, I get too lethargic on carbs...

    Chicken broth and an egg
Lettuce with a serving of cheese (feta or goat have less calories) with salt, pepper, and vinegar
    Baby carrots

That's pretty much it for low calories, otherwise nuts, nut butter, or cheese with an apple is great.
