  • Im also 5'8'', but I am just starting Medifast Saturday. So I am not a success story , YET! I am also interested in replies to this post, and hopefully with pics. I feel it is motivating when you see someone that started about the same place you are starting.

  • Thnak you for the welcome, tgibbons. I sent a friend request. I dont live near a center so I would have to do it on my own. I am excited to start. Just waiting for the official OK from my MD to start.

  • Hello, my name is Julie and I want to start Medifast. I dont know where to begin. How do I get a coach and what do they do. Thanks for any advice. PS I am also new to this site. Still learning how to use it.
