Hi! I have recently graduated and am now trying to work on losing all my weight gain from finals! I one day want to do a marathon! Trying to make exercise and diet a habit again!

i tried a base calorie amount and if i want eat more i need workout first. I either burn the amount of calories before eating again or sometimes dont bother eating because im too lazy to exercise.

So i just started a week or two ago. I'm 20 go to college and have 70 pounds to lose >.<. My weakness days are Thursday-Saturday. I love pizza, pasta, and any food that is not good for a diet. I too am a person that has trouble with committing especially on weekends.
