Oh and I forgot to add Lady Foot Locker and Zappos.

I eat my biggest meal in the evening so I would eat my breakfast and lunch and usually a light snack, then work out before dinner. Most the time I would work out until I burned most of the calories I had eaten earlier in the day leaving room for a good sized dinner and breathing room for if i wanted a snack later. Eating…

And to clarify, I am obsessed with this site because it has changed my life. It has been the only thing that helped me lose my baby weight. It has been a blessing. I am healthy, I am happy, I am satisfied. But I log everything all the time. I plan my meals and log them at the beginning of each week. The thing that gets to…

I'm 29. I'm not a child. feel free to say whatever you want.

I know you'll think I'm crazy but this works for me everytime. Whenever I hit a plateau I eat like a hog. seriously. i count my calories but I just eat whatever i want in whatever quantity I want for a whole day. This spikes my metabolism to really get to pumping. You may think it will ruin you but it won't. Like I said it…

I always make sure to not weigh myself around the time of my period. It's just too frustrating and also very wrong. I give in to my cravings and then after my period i weigh myself and know that there's always a possibility that I'll have to do some extra work. But usually nothing changes even with my fried food and…

I'm not Indian but I am a minority and sorry to take the focus off you chick-a-dee but I'm more offended that you're pin pointing a specific race and culture for this offense. People tell people they're fat all the time. or stupid. or ugly. Sorry that person just happened to not be white. Would have been less offensive…

i personally feel that the treadmill is the least effective exercise machine. the cross trainer elliptical, regular elliptical, biking (whether stationary or biking outside) and hiking were the most effective for me. do things that require you to use all different parts of your body. things like biking and hiking require…

If you are progressing toward a change then no one should judge your past. if you weren't planning on moving upward and onward then you would probably get the eye roll. Just know that you feeling good about yourself is awesome. If a girl can't see past your past then know that she couldn't be someone who will help support…

i love the honesty of this thread. i'm going to be honest as well. when i'm out or at the gym i admit that i size up the people around me. i don't even know why i do it. people that i'm closest to in my life come in all shapes and sizes and i don't judge them. this is a weird concept to become conscious of.

I have stretch marks from having 2 babies and now that i've lost all that weight you can see my skin isn't tight and the marks are very noticeable when you touch them. I used Mederma stretch mark cream. you can buy it anywhere. it's kind of pricey, $40 a tube, and it takes awhile to take effect but I have really noticed a…

it's a tough one but i have to say captain america. just because his story rocks the hardest.

honestly when I have junk food cravings I do one of two things. 1. I assess what it is my body is craving and decide if that means my diet is lacking in something. Sugar, fat, sodium, etc and try to find a healthier solution to get that in my body. 2. give in and eat what it is I'm craving just in a smaller portion. Like…

I found the best way to beat a plateau is to stagger your calories. one day go over the next go low. it bumps your metabolism and got me through three stand stills

it's really tough. my boyfriend is one of those people who can eat anything he wants and never gains weight and never will. i know it's frustrating but the thing you have to realize is that this is your journey and you can't expect anyone else to understand. just don't get discouraged. but also, don't exclude yourself…

I just give in knowing that I will have the next three weeks to work on it. I've always ended up ahead so far. I know it's probably bad but honestly after nearly 8 months of this I know that my body has those cravings for a reason.
