I have artificial nails--I still catch myself putting them in my mouth to bite, but I usually stop myself because it's not the same. They look good most of the time, but during REALLY stressful months they can look pretty raggedy !! :flowerforyou:

I just started drinking Diet Mt. Dew & Diet Dr. Pepper ( as opposed to the full calorie versions). I was surprised that Diet Mt. Dew--20oz bottle has 10 calories--still better than the original and sometimes I need the caffeine. I try to limit my intake to 1 or 2 a day. Some days I don't have any. I think the hype is about…

I too had success with WW and then when I stopped & had 2 kids I was up to 229. I really like this because no one tells me what to eat--I eat what I like, smaller portions of course, and I'm doing well. I adjust my exercise to how I'm eating. You could try the hiking up hills carrying a load--they have 2 different weights--this could work, especially if it was not a straight/flat shot to the burn pile. Good Luck :flowerforyou:

I eat a lot of the same things also--it makes it easier to keep count in my head if I can't get a chance to log all of it--I basically know I can eat this stuff & not go over my limits. :flowerforyou:

I bought a cookbook called Set it & Walk Away--Light (or something close to that)--Lots of recipes, some have more ingredients. Nice variety of recipes--Chicken Tortilla soup is really good. Good Luck!!! :flowerforyou:

I eat like I normally do and drink all of my water. I guess I didn't think about it. I do, however, sometimes splurge on my weigh in day--after I've weighed in. LOL :flowerforyou:

If I buy the larger bags or packages I try to put them into single servings. Then I try to only eat one serving--sometimes I eat 2--depends. Then I amp up my exercise for that day. I find that if I try to not eat any of the sweets/chips--I eat around them & then I will still eat what I'm craving. Good Luck :flowerforyou:

I feel the same way. I also did not put in my starting measurements so I can see a difference, but I don't have all of the results I would like. I think I didn't think it would work for me, but it has been great. Congratulations on your clean bill of health. :flowerforyou:

You are so right!!! You don't eat like its a holiday everyday. Tomorrow will be better & you'll be back on track. I like to enter my food in even if I go over!! It motivates me to eat better the next day. Good luck with your journey!!!!
