The only time it bothers me when people's diaries are closed is when they ask, "Why am I not losing weight?". We can't really answer that question if the diary is not open. Other than that, that is their choice.

I drive a Honda Element...guess it's because I have to transport softball gear almost year around & 4H animals and equipment most of the year!!! Easy to clean, holds it all! :flowerforyou:

I read in a the book,Eat Right for Your Blood Type, a similar idea--O blood type, the oldest type, is supposed to eat a diet similar to the "Paleo Diet" . I've lost 60 lbs and my primary exercise is walking. I've gone down 3-4 pants sizes and lost almost 20 inches!!! It works. People are always telling me I need to change it up--sometimes I add weights or increase distance/times. :flowerforyou:

Great job!!! I finally got down to pre-pregnancy weight--my kids are 18 & 13. It is harder to lose the weight at this age--45 this year!! You can do it! :flowerforyou:

I'm 5'8". Started at 229 and I'm at 172 now. I walk for my exercise--starting to tone with exercises my trainer ( a friend at work) gave me. I'm computer challenged--so no pics. You look great. :flowerforyou:

I try to keep my net calories to at least 1200 calories everyday. It really does work--eat "more" (1200) & you lose weight. Good Luck! :flowerforyou:
