I have had all of these exact same experiences and seen the same benefits as listed here. I usually take 1 or both days off on the weekend to have breakfast with my bf.

MFP tells me to eat 1280 but I lose faster and more consistently on 1500. Plus I tend to binge going as low as 1280.

Ohhhh and I eat 1500 cal a day even though MFP recommends 1280 for a 1 pound weight loss. I still lose 1 a week eating 1500 plus my excersize calories back.

Hi! I do 16:8 - eating window during the week from 1-9. On the weekends I try and stick to that unless we have breakfast plans. Evenings on the weekend can be had with cocktails happening after 9 often. I just try not to eat food after 9 on those days and eat an earlier dinner if I did end up having breakfast. It is very…

Hi! I weigh 150 and I found somewhere that Level 1 burns 200 and each additional level 25 more, so 225 Level 2 and 250 level 3. That's what I am using at least :)

Great job getting through day 1! I find that immediately after the cooldown I press stop on the dvd before it ends itself. Just power off the player and when I turn it on it goes back to the menu. I used to turn it so the intro would start and then I changed my clothes, got my water ready etc. Just some tips to get through…

Sorry, I am new here. What do these stand for? TDEE (No higher) BMR (No lower) Also as far as a fruit & veggie fast ... it will be water weight and you will most certainly gain in back as fast as you lost it - which will just frustrate you and you'll be back at square one.
