My go to breakfast is simple. A banana,1 tbls of peanut butter and a slice of 40 cal wheat bread. It's pretty filling and low cal.

The sub i get has 360 calories...I get the oven roasted chicken breast, american cheese, and yellow mustard and some veggies on wheat bread!!!
