It was may first day also, and I think it went well. The only thing I did modify were the push-ups. I have never been good at them and honestly I don't think I ever will.

Hi Jordi! I am getting married in December and I need to get in shape before the wedding. I'm beginning the 30 day shred today, but I have also being doing Zumba. With school and work my diet is all over the place, so I still need help with that.

Hi Nickki, I'm starting tomorrow. I'm currently doing just doing Zumba, but I need a challenge and from what I heard the 30 day Shred is great.
