  • cyclocross - roadbike but slightly more relaxed and room for wider tyres. I take my carbon roadbike everywhere. my commute is 50% rough gravel track. I pass mountain bikes and hybrids no problem.

  • Depends wether your riding around leisurely, or giving it the beans! I tend to burn about 750 cals each way on my commute to work, which is about 1hr15 each way, and I'm giving it some!
