I get up and sit on my sofa slothing for an hour and half (with pottering doing the washing etc) so have no excuse not to work out other than I just cant be bothered. but Tomorrow im going to give it a go! I will put on my gear before I leave the bedroom and then I have no excuse!!! watch this space!

I refill a litre bottle up and try get though it during the day, sipping it. I don't like iced cold water nor do I drink it if its in a glass for some reason! I peee loads though! cant say I love water but im on a mission to drink it1

48 here, with 49 fast approaching! my weight loss is very slow, but I keep plodding on and have 10 lbs to lose to my first goal (and maybe my final goal depending how I feel!) I log every day, add me if you like!

I had it and cant remember if it stopped weight loss, can tell you I felt hideous with it though! make sure you take the tablets and complete the whole course - very important! good luck hope you are okay soon x
