I have found the Aldi Creams brilliant, not sure if it helps with loose skin from weight loss, but for me its made my skin feel the best it has in years, and few people have commented how much better my skin looks, fine lines reduced etc. Lacuna i thinks its called, i got day, night and eye cream for about a tenner or so x

Ha, today am having salad, cous cous and chicken !!! i also like home made soup, ryvitas and pate or cottage cheese, cup a soups, left over lasagne/chilli, jackets and tuna (like poster above not sure if you have a microwave) wraps, pasta salad, use different dressings x tis hard work though aint it ! x

I have a desk job and set my goal for 7k which I have to make a concerted effort to reach (I have been known to dance round the room to music to hit the daily target!) but I smash it on a weekend. ha, I feel your pain! lol, but I do log my fruit and potatoes etc religiously, and ball park my veg ie broccoli and salad leaves x

Mine were mostly related to my monthly cycle, and since they stopped have hardly had any since. I also have a hefty chest and need a sports bra for support, but after damaging my knee my sport if walking! no sports bra needed! just some comfy shoes and off you go x I tend to use frozen veg as last longer and are cheaper and look for special offers on fruit etc, never pay full price.

I once did this for 40 days as was totally addicted to eating the stuff - ate several bars a day and didnt really actually enjoy it - the result was (after my family nearly kicking me out the first two weeks) is that I now enjoy chocolate and can take it or leave it

I wouldn't want a picture of my lovely dad on his death bed. I want to remember him as the vibrant, funny strong person full of life, not the shattered shell eaten by cancer - I have that memory imprinted in my mind as it is and don't need a hard copy

you sound exactly like me (im 49) have had blood tests all showing okay, apart from my iron which is slightly raised! I will be keeping an eye on this for inspirational tips (my diet on the whole is good, plenty veg/fruit/carbs and protein)
