You definitely don't need to follow the meal plan, the work outs plus calorie counting are all you need! Good luck.

Man I love mini eggs too .. why not weigh them out into small portions and work them into your calorie goal? Keep each portion wrapped or in separate sandwich bags, that way you won't have to eat them from the big bag and get carried away :)

Wow that really sucks, I'd be really frustrated too if I were you :( Like the others have said, the way you are going about it will change your habits for life. It's very likely your sister will gain it all back when she stops taking pills - and she will have to stop. You're doing great, focus on your healthy habits and…

I'm living with my parents at the moment, and every night the family meal is exhausting. I cannot win. If I don't finish my meal, I'm anorexic. If I finish my meal but refuse seconds, I'm being pious. If I finish my meal and eat seconds: "I though you were on a diet?" I love them but it makes me want to SCREAM.

Finished Level 1 Day 10 today - so nervous about starting level 2 tomorrow!

Really recommend this online calculator for Zumba calories, I usually select "low" because I'm wary of over-estimating the calories I've burned! http://caloriesburnedhq.com/zumba-calories-burned/

Huge difference, congrats - you look radiant.

Wow, congratulations! And two sets of twins - phew!

Another vote for gym! MyFitnessPal has great free resources instead of a diet club.

I like to pre-log dessert, usually a couple of pieces of chocolate, a chocolate mousse/yoghurt around 100-200 calories, so I have it to look forward to all day and I'm not tempted to "give in" before hand! EDIT: I should probably add, I go through this all the time. I also went through it when I was quitting smoking - when…

Yes I do, but I don't worry if I haven't lost anything! I actually find that it doesn't affect my weight much, though.

You'll still be at a deficit if you eat back your exercise calories, so you'll still lose weight. Eat 'em back!

I was roughly the same weight as you when I first did the Shred - it's HARD but the best thing about it is that it's quick, and you adjust to it quickly. Day 1 is tough but by Day 7 you'll be able to complete it without stopping - just don't give in!! Good luck

Amazing, chuffed for you!!

Alpen museli - either original Swiss recipe or raspberry and apple flavour. Delicious with almond milk, I'm obsessed! As far as cereal goes it's pretty low in sugar too.

I'm in the same position, I want to start lifting weights but I can't afford the gym and don't really know how to start. I've been browsing youtube and this looks like a pretty good channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/FitnessBlender

Breakfast cereal. I've realised I've been eating roughly twice the recommended portion for years. Now I weigh it out the correct serving size and it's a pathetically tiny amount, LOL. I like healthier cereal these days but the amount of the sugary/chocolatey stuff I must have been eating .... shudder.

^^ I agree with that gif  Keep up the good work, you look fantastic!

Wow amazing progress, congrats!

I'm finally in the habit of eating fresh fruit and veg every day, and I LOVE it ... except I actually have to go out and buy it, all the damn time. Fruit/veg going bad before I can eat it makes me want to cry. Still, I guess I'm saving money on not buying bags of chocolate every week, haha.

If you do a bit of exercise, you can eat anything you want, as much as you want.

They have a very high glycemic index and really not much nutritional value - but they are low cal and I'm sure like anything they don't do much harm in moderation. I think they taste like polystyrene, personally  This was a pretty interesting thread about it from a few months ago:…

Wow, congratulations! Amazing loss and maintenance.

Check out www.figleaves.com - they have a whole section called shaping swimwear
