Good challenge. My Zumba Instructor requires 100 squats from the participants after every class. It is truly brutal, but hopefully it is working.

I am Lisa and currently I am doing both WW and MFP. My preference: MFP because I can really see how much sodium, carbs, fat etc. I am really putting in my mouth. I will continue on with WW as well so hopefully since my personality is borderline OCD, maybe something will work! Good luck!:smile:
