Piece of crap in my opinion. Really. My mom has used her's once, and I took mine back. If you want juice, buy a good juicer like a Champion or Green Star. Even the Breville Juicers are really good. Good luck. :)

I absolutely love zumba. I was going to a gym here to take classes, but I found some really awesome youtube videos to do at home. It's a lot of fun. I'd try them out. If you don't like them, give them away. :)

Drink plenty of water before and after the class. Hydration helps muscles not be so sore.

I will say that I quit drinking diet pop (again) several days ago. Two days after I stopped drinking it, I dropped 9 lbs overnight. Weirdest thing. The only change was not drinking the diet pop. That's just my way cool experience with not drinking it. :)

My grandmother knows I'm losing weight (32 lbs so far), yet when I stay with her, she always offers me donuts, ice cream, chips, etc. I just say "no". :)

I do something similiar. 2 bananas mashed. 2 eggs. 1/8 tsp or less of vanilla (just a little to add pizzazz, 1/8 tsp of cinnamon (just one shake really).... Mix them up.
