No, I've lost a couple since the first week. I have been working out (strength training and an hour of cardio on alternate days) since before I started the 17dd and wasn't even hitting close to a net of 1200 lbs. I did. Slowly...but it was better than going up! My losses are slow and steady....which is fine with me. But...I also amped up my daily jogs.....and added weight training...kettlebells... So...it's a combination of all of it... Are you exercising too? That helps a lot. :bigsmile:

Hi ya. Good job on your weight loss! Same thing happened to me. So I played with the carb days...did less of them...changed it to every 2 days instead of every other day. That worked better for me. And drink tons of water on carb days.. You can rearrange it to make it work for you. I wouldn't go back to Cycle 1 just yet.…

Awesome start! Good job! Glad you hung in there...and got past the first few days.. I just buy the Chobani plain, ugly, non-fat, low sugar one. Ewwww. Then add a tbsp of sugar free jam..with fiber. Polaner's is the best...only 10 cals per tbsp. Good luck! :bigsmile:

Don't get discouraged! It'll be okay. It was the same with me. I stalled for a few weeks. So I changed the carb days to 1 day a week...instead of every other day. Carbs don't work well for me. It's okay to mix it up a bit...and see what works for you. Good luck! :bigsmile:
