  • Back from vacay yesterday....so today is W1D1 for me. I just finished it...and it wasn't too bad. I still suck at push ups and crunches with leg lifts...but I'm waayy better than I was a few months ago.... I did my 5 mile walk/jog first...so I was all warmed up...which helps a lot.   • I started at the beginning of May... I love it! It's awesome. I'm on level 2 now...going slow..and steady...I only missed a few days.....but I keep at it. I only follow Anita too...the other one scares me! I feel great...and I'm getting stronger. I try to do it every day....and find I actually look…
