  • I had Chinese for 3-4 separate meals this weekend, I know what you mean :P The only issue going down to 45% for me is that I eat a ton of veggies since I'm a vegetarian! At 45% my limit is 144 without exercise.. Up until a few hours ago I had it at 55%, so I'll see if I can stay under or not!! It will be a true challenge…
