  • I had been logging it as Dance but I just created my own exercise and titled it zumba. I done the calculation at http://caloriesburnedhq.com/zumba-calories-burned. You put in your weight, amount of time you done it and intensity level and it will tell you what you average burned.

  • I gave up soda a month ago, I loved Coke-Cola and would drink 2-4 a day.   • Cold and rainy weather trigger mine......but I have been doing better since I started exercising and keeping my joints active. Also I would like to note that my faces flushes a few days before my flare up so I kinda know its coming, has anyone else had this happen to them?
  • I have a 6 and 2 year old I work out while my 6 year old is in school. I let my 2 year old do it with me but sometimes he wants to sit on me while do crunches which gets a little interesting, but I just go with it.... I also do a lot of dancing because both my 6 and 2 year old love to dance with me. :smile:

My friend is doing a low carb diet and lost 12 pounds in just two weeks so I was worried I wasn't losing like I am suppose too. Thanks
