When I have hit a plateau in the past I like to change things up a bit. One of the best things I have found is to try eating only protein in the morning. Good luck.

Who eats 2000 calories on the weekend? Who needs to? wow, not putting you down but 1000 to1200 calories a day is not only do-able but completely reasonable.

I work out at home too. I am very lucky to have an elliptical trainer. Motivation can sometimes be an issue so for me what works is I DVR my favorite shows and only allow myself to watch them while on my trainer, or after a weight session or after a walk/bike ride. Good luck

I think you should try weighing yourself only once a week, same day, same time.........first thing in the a.m. Also a great way to jump start is to eat only protein in the morning, no carbs or fruit. Try that for a week and see what happens. Good luck.

I was kinda surprised about the whole "starvation" thing myself. I think the only merit to this line is that your body need fuel or it will hang on to fat. But that is more about not skipping meals, especially breakfast. (quick tip.....only protein first meal helps curb your appetite all day, carbs fuel hunger) . That…
