Two tips. 1. only weigh one time a week. 2. the next time you "only" drop a pound or less go directly to the grocery store and look at a pound of raw ground beef, thats what you got rid of!!!

Same problem yesterday with a yogurt covered pretzel..............25 cal each...............only had two. Not satisfying AT ALL!!!!

Cheat days for me are physiologically defeating. It is like a downward spiral, with me telling myself it's ok when I know its not. Oh well back on the horse again after a BAD 5 days...........sigh.

I mix my cottage cheese with dannon lit and fit vanilla yogurt (equal parts) and add some berries. My fav dessert.

Eat half and bring your own dressing. I am a server in a restaurant with no low cal dressings and people do it all the time. Also if you will be tempted to eat the whole salad ask the server to bring you a to go box with your order and put half in it right away or share with a friend............oh and Have Fun!!!

I'm 5' 2.5". I am now at 175lbs, but my goal is 155lbs. I met that goal a couple years ago but gained 25lbs in 2012. !55 is a size 10 for me with a med to small top. Just depends on your body type I guess. I like my curves so any smaller and I don't think I would be happy.

Miso soup is great too. You can get Miso at an asian market, just add hot water. If you want to get really "crazy" add some green onions or Kale or spinach or mushrooms or tofu. It is salty hot and filling. 1 cup is like 10 calories with nothing added in. Good luck.

Suggestion, Next time you are in the grocery store go to the meat counter, look at a pound of ground beef, now think about how much weight you have lost and understand each pound of hamburger is the same amount of fat you have lost from your body!!!! 46 pounds of hamburger gone. You are awesome!

Those last one are HARD!!!!. I lost 105lbs 3 years ago. Maintaining was hard, gained back 25 over the last year (2012) now I want it gone. seems much harder this time.
