My biggest pet peeve with people who own pets is that they think they can just get rid of it when they do not need it or want it anymore. You cat loves you and whether you think so or not and it…

I was wondering the same thing and all the answers I got were basically "Whatever works for you" so you might try it one way for a couple weeks and then switch to the other if it doesn't seem to be working. Everyone's body is different so what might work for some people might not work for you!

I watched it. It was stuff I already knew. Margarine/fake butter, Artificial Sweeteners, Soy, Wheat Bread, Juice. I never ate any of these anyway. They mainly say not to eat these because they are so processed. They are the foods people believe to be healthy but are not. Hope that helps!

Yay! oh nice the same kind of happened to me. I didn't have a job for a while and had to buy really cheap stuff just to eat so I gained a lot of the weight back but I maintained my weight for a good 3 years after. Needless to say its been about 7 years since that 3 years....so I gained a lot back. Nice that is what I like…

I would cut out the bread but only until you loose the amount you want. Then add it back in slowly and see how much you can still eat and not gain. Yes and I believe that the weight comes of easier for me too doing carbs! Thanks for the reply!

oh thanks! I will!

Oh nice! I always love new information! I will totally check it out. Thanks!

I agree with you there carbs are yummy, but I think I can keep eating low carb and have the carbs I want a day to satisfy me! I just need to find how many carbs I can eat and still lose. Then when I get to the weight I want add back in carbs and see how many I can eat to maintain the weight I want. At least that sounds…

Oh thank you for that information! I have a very slow metabolism too and I don't eat much when I do I feel bad. I do need to make better choices like more greens and I have been getting at least 60 mins of exercise every day! My body doesn't seem to handle bread or sugar well so I have cut back A LOT on them. I don't eat…
