The key is to balance your meals. If you do this and keep your portions in control you'll be full and satisfied and your body won't be craving one thing or the other from being deprived

Try not to stress about it too much. Don't go hog-wild but don't deprive yourself. You made it through thanksgiving, right?

People tend to subconsciously work harder with an audience around so you will probably work harder at the gym than you would at home. Also, I find myself being distracted by doing other things around the house at times if I work out at home

My stubborn-ness keeps me motivated! Sounds silly but if I say I'm going to do something, then I do it. I try to make sure I say my goals aloud so I feel guilty if I don't complete them.
