  • I really like the daily menus with the calorie counts. I don't use it the way it was exactly meant to be used, but it does give me the information I want. Love it! We are way over halfway done people! How time flies!

  • Purchase a lemon and a lime and cut them up for the week and add them as flavoring with your water. It's more of a treat. Also, coffee, tea, etc. also counts as water intake, so water doesn't have to be "just water".
