I log everything as well... Although i have some days... maybe 1 or 2 per month where i do not log anything at all.... sometimes I just need a calorie counting break.... And so far it's been going ok for me.... as long as i do not make a habit of it... and I do still try to make healthy choices on those days.... I do agree…

I would ask your boss what he thinks.... down here there are alot of places of work that tattoos fall under the dress code still and certain places require that tattoos not be visible.... but in my opinion... not trashy... its ur body..
