This was definitely one of the recommendations on Dr. Oz yesterday!! The other was some kind of chocolate concoction (sounded yummy) plus WATER (a pitcher filled with lemons and oranges) - not sure that's enough to kick start me but the others may do the trick!

I've lost a total of 30 by just watching what I eat. I only used this site to journal, count calories, and have others cheer me on/hold me accountable (and hopefully I do the same for them). I haven't really been able to exercise due to a knee injury...

I make a greek turkey burger - extra lean turkey breast, finely chopped spinach, montreal steak spice, light fetta cheese, make patty's and cook in a skillet. On to week 2... W2,D1, Level 2 - completed 15 on my final round! I'm amazed at how quickly the strength is coming along! And... did W2, D1, Level 2 of the 200 situp one too - finished with 17 situps - less than I was finishing with last week but... way more situps in the sets!

I'm still out of commission for walking/running but... totally down with the water challenge - definitely one of my big problems! Thanks again for these weekly challenges - love it:)

I was definitely skeptical because it meant upping my net cal intake from 1200 to 1300-1700 but... It has worked for me when I follow it properly:D
