I only vacation at all-inclusives. Just make sure you have healthy snacks on hand for both weekends:) Don't deny yourself, try your best to each the 'junk' in way smaller amounts and break it up with the healthier options. Well... it is possible, depending on your effort and heart rate to burn those kind of calories in 45 minutes. You'd have to be going hard for those 45 minutes though... if you are, then you probably are burning that much - good for you, keep it up!

If I remember correctly, you would have entered whether your job was active, sedentary, etc when you signed up (I should remember this as it was only a week ago for me but I already forget;) and that would have been calculated in to your daily calorie allowance.
