How is your fat intake? Not enough fat can lead to the same problems. If the pain keeps going you should go to a doctor as long term trouble can lead to worse issues.

I have my goal set at 2500, eat back my Fitbit extras, and eat more if I am hungry and still lose most weeks. Up and down 1/2 a kilo which is normal for women, but losing overall. I actually saw no one being mean in this thread.... At all. OP be very careful and read the good advice and links in this thread. For me I found I was on too lower calories at 1700 when losing. So everyone is different.

Thanks for sharing. I believe in all aspects of life we need to keep learning and growing. Nutrition is a big area I have learnt a lot about in the past year and I am always learning. We can't always be 100% correct and we can't always agree , but we can always learn from other people :drinker:

If you enjoy it yes. The only thing is on such low calories you need to make sure you get a good amount of protien. Fats are good though for keeping you satisfied.

I find the easiest is rice. It goes with almost everything. Today though my husband cooked spaghetti and I have leftovers . I tend to not cook pasta , though I love it. I do like other carbs though too.

I would choose the quarter pounder as I enjoy them more. I don't really like any fast food nuggets now days. I did have some nuggets last night, but they were oven cooked ones we get for the kids that aren't too bad on taste and nutrition.

Personally, unless you are very short, I would just aim to compete in a heavier class. I wouldn't drastically cut calories to lose it either as your stamina training could suffer. If you want to lose, start counting a normal day and reduce slowly.

I do the same. I try and eat at least 120 g protein on week days (weekends I am not so strict) , my fats tend to be easily reached, then the rest is what I fancy. Even though the numbers change, I still keep the 120g in my mind when looking at them.

I was friends with some Amy Dumas fans on Facebook and let's just say, they got freakin weird. Kind of obsessive about each other and than me. I am pretty boring when it comes to grilled cheese. I mostly have just cheese and the bread. Though ham and must or tomato is pretty yum. But the nicest grilled cheese sandwich of all is one someone else makes. For some reason they all was taste nicer :laugh:

We do a 'trick' in Aikido that's similar. Basically holding your arm out straightish (not completely straight as your asking to hurt your elbow ) and people try and bend it further. Unfortunately you can't spot reduce. A good game plan, is to start a strength training program and eat the right amount of calories for you. Breast size tends to depend a lot on genetics. Some women as they drop body fat can loose chest size. I guess it's about finding what percentage makes you happy and healthy.
