Its a Jillian Michaels DVD. It has 3 levels, and you do each level for 10 days. I bought it off of Amazon for $10.00 CDN.

I have a heart rate monitor watch,which calculates how many calories i'm burning, and have made up my own categories...as 30 day shred, Ripped in 30 week 1 etc...

Just finished the shred this morning...I'm so happy with my results...I lost 9.8lbs, 1/2 inch on my neck, 1 inch on each leg, 2 1/2 inches on my waist, 2 inches on my hips, 1 inch on my chest...and I feel so much better.

Ok. this may be a silly question, but I have gone to the grocery store several times, and have never found where the quinoa is. What area of the grocery store do you find it in? Is it in with the rice, the cereals??? Help!

I made these into bar shapes - they turned out to be 87 cals each. I added raw honey and a 1/4 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips to 4 bananas and the oats. They were delicious!!!

I am on day 15 of the shred today. The 4th day of level 2. I find it fun, and like alot of the moves in level 2 better than level 1. :)
