  • Hi, you can eat one Tangelo Orange with 12 almonds they make a 200 calories snack. Or you can find Greek Yogurt with or within flavor and mix it with some integral cookies, look at the nutricional info and wacht that the cookies amount doesn´t exceed 120 cal.
