I struggle with eating less too. However, if you want to continue eating more, you have to really, really, really work out. I'm talking running, roller skating, strength training for a minimum of 30 minutes. Something I think that is interesting is losing 10 pounds, then walking with two five pound dumbbells. I ended up going with the Apricot Chicken which was great! I did have salad. Completely avoided the breadsticks, which I'm very proud of myself for.

I'm thinking about going with the Chicken and Gnocchi soup. It's my favorite. Staying away from the breadsticks and salad dressing will be the problem!

I'm just getting started, and motivation has been a huge problem for me as well. My boyfriend is supportive of whatever I want (he says I look fine the way I am, but is supportive of me eating healthier and keeping sweets out of site). Other than him, I have very little support.
