I like you.

I calculated my BMR (what my body would burn if I were in a coma) and then added the 500 for exclusive breastfeeding and set my own custom goal with those numbers (that way I don't have to plug in the 500 calories every day).
-
I'm 19.2 lbs from goal weight but I have a lot of toning I need to do and I can't be too aggressive with my weight loss goals because I'm exclusively breastfeeding and can't risk my milk supply. Baby comes first for the next year but it doesn't mean I'm not going to try my hardest :) I do know on top of having to worry…

Gender: Female Age: 28 Height: 5'7" Starting weight: 252 Current Weight: 155 Goal weight: 135 Activity level: moderately Active (about 10k steps most days) Weight loss goal: 1 pound per week Calorie Goal (Net): 1850 (though…

My name is Mandy and I'm 27 years old and having a repeat C-section next Tuesday morning (5/27). This is my third and final baby - all boys! I'm getting my tubes tied after they're done performing the c-section.
-
I'm 5'7 and my goal is also 135 because it's in the middle of the chart, my mother-in-law was horrified when I told her that was my goal and insisted that it will be way too thin for me, I figured once I get near there I will decide if I'm happy.

These were taken yesterday at 35 weeks, 5 days.

I'm 5'7", I was 185 pre-pregnancy and am down to 168 at 32 weeks. Dr isn't concerned because baby is healthy, he does comment about how I've lost weight at every appointment but the second I lay back so he can do my exam his first words are always "baby is DEFINITELY growing" and then we once again discuss my exercise…

I'm 32 weeks and can still jog but not go faster than 5.2 on the treadmill for 20 minutes. It made me really sad when I started having to decrease my pace and even more sad when I had to decrease my time in addition. I know I'll get back into it once baby is born and I have to listen to my body.

I'm 29 weeks and have been using MFP since January of 2013 without stopping, I've used it throughout every day of this pregnancy.
-
I'm now 29+3 and still down 15 lbs from pre-pregnancy weight. Healthy pregnancy and baby is growing so no cause for concern.

Here's mine:
-
I pre-plan my day the night before, I can always make alterations but for the most part I stick with what I have planned.
-
oh my yum.

My homemade chicken caesar salad that I'm having for lunch is 543 calories and that's what I log it as. What a weird question.

The majority of people I've seen post have their macros set at 40/30/30 carbs/protein/fat

I'm 5'7" and my desired weight range is 130-135.

Nope. Not at all.

I play a variety of the Just Dance games on my Wii every Saturday and Sunday for at least an hour. I have Just Dance 2 an Just Dance 3 and last weekend rented Just Dance 2014 from Redbox. I love the games because it doesn't feel like I'm making myself work out, I'm just having fun.

I've got a huge bag to donate to Goodwill I just haven't made it over there to drop it off yet. I am keeping the one pair of capris I was wearing when I decided to change my life though.

I run 3 miles 2-3 times a week and do a non-impact cardio kickboxing class twice a week.

I've had 5 donut holes today and enjoyed every single one of them.
-
It took me about 3 months but I started out at 252 lbs at 5'7" so I definitely had it to lose.
-
No, it doesn't make a difference. Enjoy your dessert!

I don't feel judged but I think that's because my husband comes from a huge family. He's the oldest of 6 kids, his sister is pregnant with baby #4 (they want 6) currently. I'm an only child but the rest of my side of the family all have 2 kids each. I'm getting my tubes tied when they're done with my C-section this time.
-
Lol, I live in California too and am also on baby #3 (our last!)
-
My husband is the exact same way. I've never changed a diaper in the hospital and he is the most amazing person on the planet while I'm on maternity leave. He cooks all meals, does all shopping, stays up late/gets up early, gets baby to bring him to me to nurse. He is seriously A-MAZING when we have a newborn. I wish all…

I use Syntha-6, the chocolate peanut butter tastes like a milkshake - so good! I also have the cookies & cream and that's also good but the chocolate peanut butter is amazing.
