I just did week 3 day one of C25K on my iphone app this morning. I was scared to do it, but it was fine. You will feel so great after each and every day! Anyone can feel free to add me as a friend. The more support we have the better!! I have never been a runner and really have no intention of being a runner. I just really…

Sounds yummy!

I heard of that. Maybe I should look into it more since it allows you to drink red wine! Definitely my weakness!!!

Awesome tips! Thank you!

If I have my HRM figured out correctly, when I do the 30DS it says I burn around 300+ calories.

I bought a heart rate monitor to help me exercise in the correct zones to help in losing weight, but the problem I find is figuring out my MHR. There seem to be so many formulas out there and women's numbers are different than men's. IHow did you find your MHR without going to a cardiologist for a stress test?

I created my own exercise name for 30 Day Shred and then I use my heart rate monitor to enter the calories burned. It is a great video and after a couple days, your legs feel better! Really!!

That does sound yummy! Thanks for sharing!

Completely inspirational!! I am on week 3 day 1 (tomorrow). Hope I can do it too!!

I love buffalo chicken wraps and your recipe sounds yummy! If you want to cut the calories down a bit further, I have a great recipe that comes in at 199 calories!! I use LaTortilla Factory Smart and Delicious Low Carb High Fiber tortillas. They are yummy and only 80 calories each. Give them a try and save yourself 130…

That looks delish! Can't wait to try it! Thanks for sharing!

I say to stay at whatever pace you are comfortable with. I don't think speed should be a factor. I am also doing C25K and I am extremely slow, but my heart rate shoots up and I want to finish being able to breathe! Remember if you cannot talk or sing, you are working out too hard (that's what I read anyway)! Good luck! I…

I just finished day 2, so nothing here! Can't wait to lose some inches though!

My tip is to just stay positive! There are good weeks and bad, but we pick ourselves up, stay positive, and continue on! Slow and steady wins the race they say!

That does sound like a great way to try quinoa! Thanks for posting!

Congratulations! That is very inspiring to me as I just started that program as well. I am on day 3 of week 2 (tomorrow). Love it so far, but I just have to learn to breathe correctly. Keep up the great work!

I will have to try these as I have seen them in the store! Right now I have Fat Free Pringles 70 calories for 14 chips. They are good also!

I am new too and have not made any friends on here yet. I want to lose about 30 pounds, mother of two, work all day and could use some support as well! Friend me!

I use Fat Free French Vanilla Coffeemate. 1 tbsp is 25 calories. It adds the sweetness and the creaminess. I love it. Just make sure you count the calories and measure it! I could not go a morning without it (well, if I did it wouldn't be pretty)!!!

I wish you the best of luck! Keep me posted on your progress! It is always nice to have support!

I am thinking of purchasing one to get more accurate readings. I don't know if I believe the treadmill and elliptical readings. Do you have one?
-
I can't wait to see people's responses to your question, because I wonder that too!

I just purchased the 30 Day Shred last night but did not start it yet. I have also started the C25K program and just completed week 2, I love that so far and I am not a runner at all. I am thinking I will alternate between the two to mix things up. I just joined MFP in January so I am still new to this. I would also love…

Hi there! Congratulations! I quit two years ago and never looked back. When you get the urge, take a slow deep breath and fill your lungs with oxygen and tell yourself you are taking a breath of life, not death. Worked for me! Keep me posted! You can do it! I went from a pack a day for 20+ years to zero.

I wish you all the best of luck! We can all do this. We just have to have the right mind set and determination, and it sounds as if you are well on your way to be successful. I just started my journey at the beginning of the year and have lost 7 pounds so far. I wish it was more, but as long as it continues to come off…
