  • Good for you. I just rode about 25 miles. It could have been more because I went off duplicating my path at times because I didn't want to run over people with walkers. I love our trail. I was just looking at my calorie burn and I am wanting to lose weight.
  • That's what I wear. Shoes...I can't afford the expensive stuff so what ever sneakers (why do they call them that?) I have that are comfortable I use. Have fun...hope to hear from you.
  • I have not finished the book yet. I am on the waiting list at the library but am so wondering "who" and "What" happened. I didn't get past the search and the discovery of the mistress.
  • My husband gave me an kindle for Christmas 2 years ago. It wasn't what I asked for so I was slow getting to know it. I too am a reader that if I love a book I want that baby in my hands. I just weeks ago had a gift cart for Amazon and had nothing t buy so I decided to try a book that had no visual stimulants ( I am a…

  • Darn I wanted to take your lead in my post. Great job and thank you.
  • Good Morning, my name is Tricia and I just found MFP today and decided to give it a try. Today I am 5"7" weighed in at 200 pounds. In 2007 I weighed 125 pounds and since then have gone through a lot of marital problems and life changes that have ballooned me to this weight. I have decided to take my life back no matter…
  • Good job! Actually you are inspiring me. I totally understand the "retail" world as I work in it also. I am lucky enough to be working the AM shift and I am so grateful. I have been trying hard but not hard enough an can't get the scale to budge. I have joined a challenge at work and have to tell my neighbors that I can't…
  • Good Morning! I am new to MFP also. I stumbled on it this morning looking for sushi calorie counts and thought I would give it a try. I have at least 50 pounds to lose. For many years I could eat anything I wanted because I lived an active lifestyle. I still do because of my job but things changed in the last few years and…
