^This. I was wildly off until I bought a food scale. You'd be astonished at how much you can underestimate calories taken in. I know it's frustrating, but you need to choose a program and be consistent for at least 2 months. It took longer for my body to respond my second try at losing weight than it did the first time.…

I eat chocolate everyday. I have a major sweet tooth and could not give it up for life. Everything in moderation, right? I just devote a set number of calories to it. I've also switched to a lower calorie option.

If you're not much of a person to cook, Subway, Whole Foods Market, etc. have better options for ready to go food. Congrats on your progress so far.

Cut down on the fast food & processed food. Try to add some fruits & veggies. Also, up your water intake. Try to eat a little more "clean" and you'll break your plateau. I think there's a little more to it than just calories in, calories out. You need to make sure you're healthy & giving your body what it needs.
