Thanks, everyone. SO much. I have a trip coming up in 3 weeks. I want to feel comfortable in my clothes I bought. I am starting ALL over today and going for a 3 weeks mini goal of 10 lbs gone.

AMAZING!!!! I as well started out at 231.4 lbs... I am on week 12 which I will see Sunday how I did but im down 26.6 lbs and 26 inches!!! You look amazing!!!!!!

I LOVE avocados!! The green ones are NOT ripe..I really like the dark skinned ones that you can just squeeze...I take a knife and cut all the way around cutting it in half..Then I gently pull it apart, take the seed out and take the skin off..put pepper on it and eat :)

I weight myself once a week.. Every Sunday morning..After that my scale goes back in the corner of my bedroom..
