But, I have noticed that I am able to go a weekend with eating above my calorie goal and it doesn't affect my weight so much because the muscles burn more calories.   • Just use MFP to log you food and stay under the daily goal. If you want bread, eat it - you just may have to sacrifice something else to stay under goal. : )

  • Try Zumba. It is FUN and burns LOTS of calories. For the last 3 months I alternated between Jillian DVD's, Zumba and some old workout DVD's and it didn't get boring and I lost 17 lbs. Starting this week I am doing Jillians Body Revolution and LOVE it so far. It rotates out DVD's daily. : )
