I've had my FitBit since January and I love it! It motivates me daily and really makes me move more! I also love that I can conceal it so easily. Definitely one of the best fitness purchases I have made.

I like to have scrambled eggs (one full egg, one egg white), 2 tablespoons of salsa and 2 turkey sausage links chopped wrapped up in a tortilla.

I have this Timex and I LOVE it. In fact I was talking to the guys at my local running shoe store yesterday and they actually only sell Timex. I have a Polar insulated bottle that holds 24 oz. I drink 3 of those a day and anything beyond that is extra. I think your calculation is right too. I try to get to 6 glasses by lunch to keep myself on track and I take my water bottle EVERYWHERE.

MOMMY ON A MISSION! I'm a mommy to an awesome 15 months old boy. He is part of the reason for starting this journey! CW is 175, I would like to be 170 by the end of May! I'm on my 3rd day of Insanity and I want to keep going! It's going to be hard but failure is not an option!

I took new photos, weighed and measured this morning. And I'm doing zig-zagging now too. So I'm VERY interested to see how it goes. The craziest thing I noticed today is how much ENERGY I have. I mean, bouncing off the walls energy. I was literally going until about 7:30 tonight and didn't feel tired a bit.
