The "Quick Trouble Zones" is part of the No More Trouble Zones DVD!

You can do it! Take it a meal at a time!

I just finished it and I did it 6 days a week. 3 days a week I took an hour walk. My body has got significantly stronger. I did Level 1 again the other day and it was easy peasy. My big advice is just stick to. Always keep moving. If some of the movements are hard for you modify them or move in some way. You can do it!

Everybody has these moments. But now you know. You can't buy that stuff. Not until you are fully in control. And maybe even then. Throw the rest away. Pour soap on them so you won't eat them. Drink a glass of water, brush your teeth and decide that tomorrow it WILL be different.

I'm still a little hurt. Little achy but thankfully that's the worst injury! Well, that and my pride!

AMAZING! You look awesome! Congratulations!

I have a HRM so I use that but before I did I put it under calisthenics. The calorie burn is REALLY close.

I agree. My husband doesn't need to lose weight. I do. I'm not going to deprive him to save myself. What I am going to is learn to have will power.

I did Level 3 for the first time today too. AND I walked for an hour. My legs hate me. HATE. ME. And Level 3 was insane. I really do think she is trying to kill me with all that jumping. I hate her.

I. Love. This. Dear SIL, No it's not all about you. Yes he is your BROTHER but he is my HUSBAND. Stop freaking trying to control everything. You don't always have to have the last word and if you keep pushing me you are going to be sorry. I've bent over backwards to make sure things are "fair". It's not my fault your…

YEA! No quick fixes here!

Here's the thing. It's hard. No doubt. Really hard. But you have to think you are worth it. And you can do this. You have to really want to though. We can all encourage you (and we will) but if you don't REALLY want to you won't do it. You will find a million reasons not too. Start out small. Tell yourself this week you…

Make sure whatever one you get also counts calories! Makes it much easier! This is the one I have and I love it! http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000P8VWQS/ref=oss_product

I have this one: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000P8VWQS/ref=oss_product It does calculate calories for me and I really love it!

My husband told me he wanted pizza tonight. And then he asked me if I could have that on my "diet". I told him, "DON'T CALL IT THAT. It's not a diet. It's a lifestyle!" He actually laughed at me and then said, "I like that much better! I'm glad you're not on a diet!" And yes we did have pizza.

Food is not the enemy. You NEED food to survive. Telling yourself you ABSOLUTELY may never have "whatever food you love" will only make you want it all the more. Then you may find you will binge. So instead what I do is give myself 24 hours. If I crave a food for 24 hours or more I let myself have it in moderation.…

Soda is bad for you. So are chips. And cookies and pizza and blah, blah, blah. But if I have had a great day and just really want a soda, I have one. Everything in moderation.

I have a Weight Watchers scale and I love it because it tracks my weight loss as well!

Busy mommy's! It's hard to find the time! I do the 30 Day Shred which is 20 minutes long. First of all, it takes my kid 15 minutes to eat his breakfast. So I get my video all ready to go, strap him into his seat and do my workout while he eats! He sits there and entertains himself while I finish up. Secondly, I have found…

I've been thinking about this too. I'll be interested to see what everyone says.

You're not alone! We all have those days! I was sick all day on Sunday so I didn't work out. Didn't work out on Monday because I still felt a little out of it. Today's workout was BAD. I did it, but not like I really should have. BUT tomorrow is another day so that's what I keep telling myself. I would skip the workout and…

This sounds SO good and I have been dying for some pizza! I'm making this tomorrow!

I've gone from a person who never worked out to a person that has worked out the last 6 days. And when I don't feel like it I'm motivated enough to do it anyway. I've shocked myself at how well I've been doing.

I'm the type of person that if I tell myself I CANNOT have something that is all I want. So I refuse to not allow myself to have anything. If I want something I find a way to work it into my calories. Chocolate, for instance. If I really want some I allow myself one square of Dark Ghiradelli chocolate. And I take small…
