I've been covering my chicken soup with water, stir, place in fridge for hours or till the next day. Then it totally rehydrates itself and all I have to do is nuke it for 30 sec-a minute. It's really creamy and is turning into one of my favs. The oatmeal I just add Splenda to, sometimes.

Definitely one all trained. I know how to ride....I am just not a brave rider and am very happy with a horse that someone else has trained. I get my kudos by being brave enough to get on horseback.

You only have 4 weeks of food, right? If you don't like it then you can quit. But, think of all the weight you can lose in ONLY 4 weeks!! You can do it!

I think you could do great on Medifast if you are determined. I'm almost 58 and it's been a life long battle for me, but am doing well on MF, but then again I've done well on other plans as well. Every food plan works if your head is in the right place, and at my age it finally is. Don't wait as long as it took me. As far…

Welcome back! I am fairly new to the MF program but am, well I can't say 'enjoying' it because I'd rather have a cheeseburger, but I am sticking to it with much resolve. You can do it!

I'm very lucky in that my M-F work is at home...grandkids....so every day is the same. I used to maybe get 8 oz of water down a day, now I"m up to 100 oz or more simply by making myself. i also love the berry infusers so use them to get 32 oz down. My weight loss is helped by all the water, so keep that in mind to help you…

I am on Medifast and find that if I don't use a scale, I short myself my protein. Just got one from Amazon prime, under 6 bucks. Be sure to check that whatever one you use has ounces and not just grams if you're mathematically challenged like me.

I've never heard of Wonderslim, but welcome~
-
I almost always put in extra water in my soups, sloppy joes, and mac...gives me more to eat.
-
I do mine in a high bowl, nuke 2 minutes. One time I forgot it was in the microwave and it sat for about 40 minutes and by then the macaroni was pretty much mush.

I changed my profile picture today after down 15.8#.

The other 4 were before Medifast.

One month gone along with 11.2 lbs.

If you use oatmeal to make hamburg patties, then that's having one meal at same time as the lean n green? I've only been on 4 wks so don't know. Thanks.

Was up a pound last week, but down a jean size. (and yes I dug into my closet and pulled out 20....no kidding...pairs of jeans. But none of the rest are stretch, sigh). Also, I did NOT step on the scale today. I'm tired of letting the ups define my day. But I don't mind when the downs do!

Well, as I told you Jennifer the other day....it's wonderful to lay in bed at night and not be berating myself for having had a poor food choice day.
-
Just sent you a friend request, Jennifer. Thanks.

Stunning in both pics. Spectacularly hard work, great job. You should be so proud of yourself.

Mine is a cake I made and won first at a local fair. The ladybug slider is because I have a tattoo of a ladybug.

Just give it a chance, don't give up because you may need getting used to the soy or the small meals. I am on week 2 and it does work, but it's a hard adjustment.

Today's my 8th day, lost 4.8#.

I don't stir, nuke, stir, nuke any of my meals including the mac and cheese. I put the package with whatever amount of water called for into an over-sized microwavable bowl, cover with plastic, and nuke the full amount of time. My sloppy joes and beef stew I soak first-that's a tip I got from someone on here. If I plan on…

I feel your frustration because I too have tried everything under the sun and nothing seemed to work...however, some things DO work. When I keep track of my food intake, it works even if I've overeaten, because it's showing me in black and white the reason I don't lose. There are ways to change things up without changing…

Are you sleeping ok? For me, overeating at night keeps me awake. If you are needing the mental idea of bingeing, then maybe do so with salads, fruit, oatmeal...anything that's a better choice than what you are eating now. For myself, it's all about the quantity, so I make huge salads for instance.

You make me feel shamed of my complaining!! Good for you!!

Hey Jude In 8th grade, some of us girls started a Dance Club for an afternoon choice for free time. Some boys joined, I think just to get out of other stuff. The teacher made one of the boys dance with me. The song was Hey Jude, and it was the longest song in history for this pained young girl and boy. We got married in…

I would never ride without a helmet. I value my life too much, and I value the feelings of those who love me too much. I view my helmet as an accessory, meaning I buy a new one fairly often just because I like a different style or color.

Just go ahead and eat something healthy, low calorie, and then continue on tomorrow. Your hard work won't disappear because of one slight overage. Or you could eat what you want and then eat lighter tomorrow, being sure to at least get your protein in.

True!! Welcome, and stay here even on days when you're feeling lost and defeated. Especially those days!
