If you want to think I'm on the road to an eating disorder because I make candy bars verboten in my diet, I'm going to have a hard time not making jokes about it. Because it's silly. If that makes me a troll, so be it. But, FYI, any time you posture about not feeding me, I feel fed. NOM NOM NOM

I weigh myself at least once a day. I made a graph of the first weighing of the day for every day for the past month. http://imgur.com/OEJGEFV

He was inaccurate to say there has never been a controlled experiment with such results. But you don't get the million dollars. A study done by homeopathy specialists on a whopping total of 24 mice and published in Homeopathy magazine isn't proof. Randi's organization has to agree on the protocol before hand and be present…

Mine is usually around 60 at the CVS when I check it. My doctor always gets a high reading because I'm a 40 year old child who is still afraid of the doctor. I never remember to get my heart rate right after I wake up.

There is an episode of Intervention with a woman who does this with all of her food. She has a feeding tube in her stomach (an actual hole in her belly to her stomach, I forget what it is called) and that is how she gets her nutrients. She is also on a lot of pills which she crushes, dissolves in water and injects into her…

I eat clean but I approve this message. I eat clean because I prefer it. If I hadn't seen and love the results, I wouldn't be doing it. If you haven't tried it, you should. If you tried it and you were miserable, well, there you go.

Here is the article in comic form: http://formalsweatpants.com/journal/2012/2/27/future-me.html#.UVHNRVGA9ko

As ridiculous as the fear mongering and nail biting? More? Less?

I consider human flesh to be taboo. Also wheat is out because it give me a scalp condition. Also veal and foie gras because they are inhumane. Guess I am at risk for serious heath issues.

You do not have weak calf muscles. You just have long ones as do I. I think it is much harder to bulk up the long ones than the short ones.

No, princess, you shouldn't have to look at that. Thinking about your delicate little iris being subjected to unattractive sights makes me angry, too. I think it makes a lot of us angry when we think about keem88 having to look at something unattractive. It just tears us up inside.

You shoot obese people? How can you shoot obese people? Easy, you just don't lead quite so much. I feel like you forced me to make that joke and now I'm going to hell and it is your fault.

Well put.

I wept often while watching that doc.

I know. I really can't understand how anyone could see something like that and then claim, without a shred of irony, that it's all about personal responsibility. I mean, I don't personally believe in free will and I know that makes me a rare bird. I get it is near impossible to stop believing in free will. But I still…

The sugar in those drinks and foods is manufactured from corn. The reason for this is that corn is so heavily subsidized in the US that you can buy it for less than cost. That is how they can sell it for so little. That's why junk food which require tons of processing and packaging manages to be cheaper than produce which…

Are you trying to gaslight this poor woman? "you seem hangry" is a snarky comment clearly intended to provoke. It's not a simple difference of opinion. "and YOU, yes.. YOU, your diary scares me.." is also provocative and personal. "you are giving me a headache," did not take this conversation anywhere new. We may all be…

You and me both, sister. I have given up all of those things, too. Somebody once asked me how I can still drink coffee without smoking. I was like, "If I had to give up coffee along with cigarettes there would be cigarette smoke coming out of my mouth during this sentence."

If I had a dime for every time somebody at the gym told me I should be doing strength first instead of cardio, I could afford the taser I want to use on those people. My body responds to cardio like it's meth or something. I'm unreasonably happy and full of energy after cardio. Not only do I prefer to do cardio before…

I've lost this 15lbs never going a day without coffee. I don't put anything in it. I buy beans in bulk from a restaurant supply outlet, grind them right before I use them and I brew them in a coffee press.

That is my city. I moved here from Houston where it is either too cold or prohibitively hot and muggy. Eating is just the only thing people do there. There are more restaurants than people in that city, it seems. I know a women who moved from here to Houston for work for a few years. She put on 25lbs there and took it off…

In the first set, I see a huge difference in that fold on your side. I also see a difference in your posture which is throwing me off. The second set, the after picture looks bigger. Then I noticed that the flowers on the wallpaper look bigger, too. The after shot is more magnified than the before shot. Those shots have a…

This is true. I don't like a lot of muscle on men, either. I want Tom Hardy as Heathcliff, not Bane. Shinzon, not Bronson.

I don't think muscular arms and shoulders are attractive on women but I think we wear muscle well everywhere else. That being said, I love being strong so I have the muscular arms that I don't find attractive. And I continue to do 100 push ups every third day.

I will bookmark that. My pant sizes are all over the place so I just don't know what sizes mean. I am a 6 most often, then again most of my jeans are Gap.

I have lived in Scotland, Norway and Singapore. I have travelled to Egypt, Russia, Netherlands, India, Nepal, Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia. My husband is from South Africa and we keep talking about going.

That makes it sound like the women were the ones seriously training and the men were just sort of wasting time. It's supposed to be hard. You are supposed to look like you are pushing too hard.
-
Sorry but this seems more like the sort of thing a guy would do.

I can tell you that it has never been true for me. I have generally only done exercises toward a fitness goal. Like training kung fu to improve at kung fu, not to get leaner or anything. So, I would train to practice. Generally, I would get sore only from doing a type of thing for the first time. Then, as I got better at…

I am saying that morbid obesity and super morbid obesity are problematic and leading to a potential and probable maasive health crisis in the U.S. and likely the U.K. will follow. The FA movement has a chilling and narcissistic tendency to try to stifle the discussion of this very important topic by accusing people who…
