In general I love strength training, but if i had to pick one aspect of strength training it you be bench presses. I love how I increased my strength over time and I look forward to each session to see if I a capable of doing more. Very invigorating.

Rachel Brice and Zoe Jakes have some great DVD's and are easy to follow. Sera Solstice also has a great DVD and I also love Ariellah.
