This post is encouraging since the scale isn't moving much for me either. However, several people have commented on my weight loss. I will have to take a progress photo this weekend and more measurements to see how I'm doing. I'm starting workout 5 tomorrow. It looks super tough...not going to enjoy it..but will push play.

I use a HRM and added my own personal exercise "JM Body Rev" to my list...but it's basically circuit training. Try adding it under circuit training.

U answered ur own question when u said u eat only 1200 cals per day with an even lower net. Try to net at least 1200 cal per day and eat more.
